Article 5 (level of service)

① In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Article 6 (restriction and suspension of service use)

Article 7 (service change and suspension)

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1 If the company is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters or force majeure, the company is exempted from the responsibility for providing the service.
2 The company is not responsible for the use of the service due to the customer's fault.
3 The company is not responsible for the loss of profits expected by customers using the service, and is not responsible for any damages caused by data obtained through the service.
4 The final judgment on the information obtained using the services and services provided by the company must be made directly by the customer, and the customer is solely responsible for the result, and the company is not responsible for any damages caused by it.
5 If the service cannot be started due to a company's business or technical difficulties, the company notifies the customer on the Internet website or by e-mail. However, if it is impossible to notify in advance due to reasons beyond the control of the company, it will be notified in the future.
6 magsty provides a free service, and the customer does not reimburse customers for using it.

Article 10 (dispute resolution and court of competent jurisdiction)

1 If there is a dispute between the company and the customer regarding the use of the service, the company and the customer will faithfully consult to resolve the dispute.
2 If the dispute is not resolved through the consultation in paragraph 1, both parties may apply for a dispute settlement to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee pursuant to Article 33 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.
3 magsty is not responsible for any compensation for the use of the app or the use of photos.

Article 11 (copyright)

Users of magsty's photos and apps have the following rights:
Sharing — reproduction, distribution, exhibition, performance and public transmission (including format changes)
Changes — remix, transformation, creation of secondary works
